Technical Project Manager (IT Systems & Infrastructure)| Up to $8000 | AMK #5252

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Project Manager and Engineers to ensure contract deliverables are met within scope, timeline, and cost
• Track and report project progress, including software development and site installation activities
• Host and manage project meetings, including preparation of updates and presentations
• Perform system setup, database configuration, and technical troubleshooting
• Resolve technical and design-related issues during project execution
• Support IT infrastructure environments, including Windows and Linux systems.
• Assist in installation, debugging, and on-site troubleshooting of IT system
• Provide knowledge in network switches and support network device design within project scope
• Manage SQL databases using SQL Server Management Studio, including table management and queries
• Support system integration and deployment activities
• Manage project documentation, technical records, and compliance materials
• Oversee subcontractor performance and coordination to ensure deliverables are met
• Ensure adherence to project procedures and requirements
• Provide hands-on guidance to site engineers and technical teams
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure operational readiness
• Oversee project teams and subcontractors effectively
• Cybersecurity fundamentals and awareness
• Vulnerability assessment and mitigation support
• Software development concepts and system lifecycle understanding
• Access control systems (CCTV, card readers, key management systems, gantries)

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, IT Security, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of system-related experience
• Strong knowledge of networking, SQL, and Windows operating systems
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and system deployment environments.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skill
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
