Technical Project Manager

We are hiring a Technical PLM to manage the end-to-end technology lifecycle, covering EOS/EOL governance, upgrades, and decommissioning of applications and infrastructure.

The role ensures legacy systems are either upgraded, modernised, or retired in line with risk, regulatory, and internal control requirements.

• Manage technology lifecycle (EOS/EOL) across applications and infrastructure
• Drive upgrade and modernisation initiatives for systems approaching EOS
• Lead decommissioning of legacy systems with minimal business disruption
• Perform impact assessment, dependency mapping, and risk mitigation
• Establish and enforce lifecycle governance, policies, and control frameworks
• Collaborate with technology, risk, compliance, and regional/global stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to MAS and internal audit requirements
• Maintain lifecycle roadmaps (upgrade, remediation, retirement plans)
• Provide management reporting on lifecycle risks, upgrades, and decommissioning progress
• Support cost optimisation and technology rationalisation initiatives

• Minimum 10 years’ of experience in banking / financial services IT
• Strong experience in EOS/EOL management, upgrades, and system decommissioning
• Good understanding of infrastructure and enterprise application landscapes
• Familiar with regulatory and risk/control environments (MAS preferred)
• Experience working in complex, matrix organisations
• Knowledge of ITIL / lifecycle governance frameworks
• Mandarin language skills would be preferred
