IT (Software) Project Coordinator

As a fast-growing IT solution company, we are currently looking for a software project coordinator to join our project team, responsible for the entire project lifecycle from gathering the customer’s requirements until final delivery, under the direction of the project manager.

Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for co-ordination between client and programmer team to ensure the project is delivered based on the agreed specifications and within the timeline;
• Work closely with programmer team to ensure the requirements gathered are realistic and implementable;
• Test the developed functions and make sure all errors/bugs are fixed before delivering to client;
• Effectively communicate project status to clients and maintain a good relationship with clients;
• Prepare project documentations, eg. project progress report, Software Requirement Specs documents, UAT report, project final delivery report, user manual, etc.

Requirement:

• Diploma or degree holder with at least 1-year experience in software project coordinating
• Knowledge in software development and web technologies will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly responsible and diligent, with strong sense of ownership to get the job done
