Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator shall be responsible for the coordination of project and service activities between relevant stakeholders, performing administrative tasks and documentation necessary to kick start, during and upon completion of projects.
He/ She shall also prepare, arrange and assist in the billing during the project implementation. He/ She would also assist the manager on the administrative tasks and documentation relating to RMA and CPR processes.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:
- Project Implementation – Develop and track project schedules and inventory between planned and actual milestones.
- Documentation and Reporting - Provide administrative support to the project, manage and maintain all related project documentations, including generating of as-built and O&M. Update deliverables and generate progress reports for management, analyzing and highlighting key events for decision making.
- Stakeholders Communication - Coordinate with customers and cross functional departments as necessary for the completion of projects.
- Coordinate with inter-departments for the stock movement, generate of Delivery Note and documentation for uploading to system for billing.
- Budget Management – work closely with finance and procurement teams to manage project budgets and billing. Manage costing of vendors and subcontractors and verifying invoices upon completion.
- Service Vendors – Work with cross-functional team on the qualification and selection of service vendor and subcontractors and procurement team to obtain quotes and effect purchase.
- Support CPR, RMA cases and to follow up till the closure.
Required:
- Diploma/ Degree in Business or a relevant discipline
- Certificate in Excel proficiency
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project implementation and document control in a data centre environment.
- Familiar with preferably in at least two of the followings, Electrical, Power Supply Systems (DC Chargers/ UPS/ Batteries) for Telecom and Data Centre.
- Experiences in SAP
- Competence in AutoCAD
- English Language skills, written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Meticulous and a team player.
- Positive spirit and attitude
- Ability to multi-task and handle stress in meeting tight timelines.
- Good interpersonal skills
