Job Description & Requirements

Weng Meng (SG) Pte Ltd is the newly established subsidiary of Weng Meng Industries Sdn Bhd, with the latter having over four decades of presence in the door industry since 1979. Over the years, Weng Meng Industries has become one of the most comprehensive total door solutions providers internationally.

We have manufactured and installed millions of doorsets, from generic to bespoke, working hard to deliver products that are trusted, highly functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Position Summary

We are looking for energetic individuals as Project Coordinator + Autocad / BIM Drafterwho believe strongly in service excellence to join our organization as we build our Sales Team. The self-motivated and results-oriented individual would be required to handle client enquiries relating to our range of products and provide guidance and solutions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities (but are not limited to)
  1. Assist Project Team with Tenders and Quotation
  • Preparation of Door and Ironmongery Schedule
  • Coordination to ensure that bill of quantities is constantly up to date
  • Assist in the preparation of project scheduling and mock up requirements
  1. Project Coordination with Architect/ Main Contractor / Sub Contractors
  • Ensure that project progress is in accordance to timeline and master program
  • Coordination of material delivery status, production status and site installation progress
  • Coordination for controlled sample and finishes approval
  • Work done progress to be updated weekly
  1. CAD and BIM Drawings
  • Responsible for drafting and preparation of drawings
  • Ensure that drawing and proposal drawings are in accordance to specifications or proprietary details.
  • Proper filing for construction documents and recording of drawing / production transmittal
Requirements
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of related coordination and drafting experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 1 - 2 years relevant experience with autocad
  • IT savvy and good in Microsoft Office
  • Added advantage with BIM Experience
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to communicate effectively with various departments
  • Good in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
