Job Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum HR, adherence to procedures of HR Administration
- Liaise, advise, and work with clients on any enhancement of benefits in line with market
- Ensure offboarding process is followed through
- Ensure timely notification of contract expiry
- To handle staff grievances, disciplinary issues and conduct enquiry when needed
- Counsel and advise clients on the various employment regulations
- Preparation of internal promotion letter and salary adjustment letter
- Preparation and Issuance of Notice in lieu letter
- Preparation of warning letter and employment letter
- Ensure documentation exists and is current and reliable
- Timely and accurate processing and updating of HR system by respective payroll cut-off timelines
- Ensure all employments terms comply to existing Employment Act
- Ability to explain standardized contract terms to new hires and existing staff
- Liaise with clients for payroll processing, CPF contribution and IRA8 submission
- Ensure 100% accuracy and timely processing
- Ability to explain MOM regulations to clients
- Min “O” level with at least 1 to 3 years HR administration experience
- Multi-task while keeping attention to detail
- Excellent relationship building skills
- To be actively involved in a highly dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Detail oriented and able to multitask as required
- To be pro-active and take initiative
- Analytical, meticulous, independent, and organized
