We focus on the integration of international hidden gems and cult favorite products aimed at providing consumers with a premium shopping experience at all retail stores islandwide. At present, we have 7 retail stores in the following locations:

1. Sales & Operational Excellence

• Drive store performance by setting and achieving sales targets.
• Implement strategies, track results, and optimize sales transactions.
• Manage inventory, store facilities, and enforce security/safety policies.
• Oversee retail administration, crisis response, and customer order fulfilment.

1. People & Customer Experience

• Lead and guide the team with a strong service vision.
• Coach and develop team members on product knowledge & selling techniques.
• Promote diversity, recognize achievements, and foster team growth.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and create a seamless shopping experience.
• Develop service recovery plans and strengthen customer relationships.

1. Innovation & Business Growth

• Assess productivity and implement improvement initiatives.
• Drive innovation, introduce new products/services, and optimize retail space.
• Engage with beauty trends, loyalty programs, and marketing strategies to boost sales.

• Minimum of 5 years of store management experience, including at least 2 years in people management.
• Proven track record of strong sales performance and a commitment to service excellence.
• Passion for beauty trends and retail innovation.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and public holidays.
