Store Manager Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall store operation and performance achievement
- Able to lead the team
- Understands "Suzhou embroidery culture" Training provided
- Maintains good customers relationships and brand image
- Manage displays, inventory, and daily operation
- Have 3+ years of retail or lifestyle brand management experience
- Have experience with high-end apparel/boutique/tea space/cultural brands preferred
- Have an interest in or understanding of Eastern culture and aesthetics
