We are looking for full-time Student Care Manager located in Katong!
Location: Katong
Working hours:
- School Term: Mondays to Fridays, 11am to 7pm
- School Holidays: 8 hours shift between 7am to 7pm
Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of teachers/mentors
- Ensure proper execution of programme
- Work closely with management to refine and improve programme quality
- Ensure student wellbeing, and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment
- Support student enrolment and parent engagement efforts
- Maintain high standards in safety, hygiene, and student supervision
- Manage administrative processes (attendance, billing coordination, reporting)
- Handle feedback, concerns and situations professionally
- Provide regular updates on student progress and centre activities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working related experience.
- Have working experience as a student care manager in student care centres before will be an added advantage.
- Have a passion for working with children
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
