We are looking for full-time Student Care Manager located in Katong!

Location: Katong

Working hours:

School Term: Mondays to Fridays, 11am to 7pm
School Holidays: 8 hours shift between 7am to 7pm

Job Description:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of teachers/mentors
Ensure proper execution of programme
Work closely with management to refine and improve programme quality
Ensure student wellbeing, and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment
Support student enrolment and parent engagement efforts
Maintain high standards in safety, hygiene, and student supervision
Manage administrative processes (attendance, billing coordination, reporting)
Handle feedback, concerns and situations professionally
Provide regular updates on student progress and centre activities

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of working related experience.
Have working experience as a student care manager in student care centres before will be an added advantage.
Have a passion for working with children
Able to work independently and in a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
