We are seeking an Academy Operations & Student Services Executive to drive efficient training operations, enforce Standard Operating Procedures for compliance, and manage student services from enquiry through course completion to deliver a positive learner experience.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures to ensure operational and regulatory compliance within the academy
- Manage student enquiry follow-ups to maximize enrolment conversion rates
- Coordinate enrolment processes to facilitate smooth student onboarding
