Responsibilities
  • Providing HR and administrative support to the HR department, including interview arrangements, paperwork documentations and HR operations matters
  • Assisting with the preparation of HR-related reports and documentation
  • Providing general HR-related support
  • UAT assistance on AI HR system processes
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth HR-related operations
  • Providing support for HR projects and initiatives as needed
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in HR administration or operations role
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements
  • Willing to learn and good attitude
