A well-established global company in the maritime sector is looking for a HR Admin Executive to join its team in Singapore.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including HR induction, employment contracts, background checks, exit interviews, knowledge transfer, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Employee Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for staff concerns, ensuring policy compliance and supporting engagement initiatives such as team-building and wellness programs.
HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate records and an organized e-filing system. Manage documentation, internal transfers, visa processing, and assist with global HR initiatives and administrative tasks.
YOUR PROFILE- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and compliance.
- Proficient in HR systems, with strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and supports global HR initiatives.
