Senior Vice-President / Vice-President, Product Business Development & Product Management
Overview
The Senior Vice-President / Vice-President, Product Business Development & Product Management is responsible for driving the strategic development, commercialization, and regional scaling of Bridge’s platform-based products and new business initiatives.The roleexists to strengthen Bridge’s position as a regional product house, deliver sustainable value to Bridge Member Operators (BMOs), and enable differentiation and growth across the alliance.
This role contributes directly to Bridge’s mission by translating market opportunities—across CPaaS, Telco APIs, AI, and new digital platforms—into scalable products, commercial models, and joint go-to-market initiatives with BMOs and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the regional platform and product strategy across CPaaS, Telco APIs, AIenabled solutions, and new digital products to drive long-term growth and sustainability.
- Engage closely with Bridge Member Operators at senior and working levels to identify business needs, co-create initiatives, and support successful market launches.
- Lead product planning, roadmap development, and go-to-market strategies in alignment with BMOs’ commercial priorities and regional market dynamics.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic partners, vendors, and ecosystem players to introduce differentiated solutions and accelerate time-to-market.
- Drive adoption of regional initiatives by leading workshops, strategy sessions, and business planning forums across the Bridge alliance.
- Develop compelling value propositions to strengthen engagement with existing BMOs and attract new members and strategic alliance partners.
- Actively pursue regional enterprise and channel-led opportunities, working jointly with BMOs to win and deliver cross-market deals.
- Establish and lead a high-performing platform business team (4–5 members), providing clear direction, capability development, and performance management.
A. Formal Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Marketing and / or International Business
- Broad knowledge of telecommunications products and services development and marketing
- Knowledge in products such as CPaaS, Telco API, AI, etc. Knowledge in pricing and marketing from a services industry
- At least 15 years of working experience from the telecommunications industry
- At least 5 years of product management experience
- At least 5 years in leadership and people management role
- At least 3-5 years working experience in Asia
- Good networking skills in a culturally diverse business environment- Excellent negotiation skills
- Able to communicate confidently and effectively to Board level and workgroup level
- Sensitive to cultural differences
Starting salary will be commensurate with the years of work experience.
