Business Development Manager - Geylang

Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead and expand our client portfolio in the property services and facilities management industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales initiatives to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase the company’s market share in residential, commercial, and investment properties marketing and facilities management services.
• Identify and pursue new sales leads, prospective clients, and business partnerships within the property service industry.
• Maintain strong relationships with property agents, landlords, tenants, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote clients listings, campaigns, and brand visibility.
• Attend property launches, agent networking events, and industry exhibitions to grow the business network.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal sales and property agent teams to align goals and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on key business development metrics, sales performance, and pipeline updates.
• Provide feedback and insights to management for continuous service and process improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate/property agency.
• Strong network within the real estate and property industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
