As a Business Development Manager (Printing), you’ll play a key role in driving the strategic growth in the Printing division - identifying new market opportunities, building relationships from scratch, and helping pilot innovative business solutions.

This is a permanent full-time, in-office role Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:45pm), reporting to the Director of Business Development.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Identify and engage new customers in greenfield sectors
Research, test, and implement business solutions with internal teams, partners, and customers
Spot and act on strategic opportunities across the Group to expand reach and deepen customer relationships
Pitch new solutions, close deals, and help drive regional expansion
Support cross-functional collaboration to bring pilot initiatives to life

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

5+ years of experience in business development (for BDM level)
Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify trends, gaps, and commercial opportunities
Resilient, proactive, and motivated to go the extra mile for customers
Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on approach to winning new business
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Willing to travel regionally on short notice
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for an Assistant Manager role

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

Proficiency in Chinese for effective internal & external stakeholder communication and business correspondence
Demonstrated success expanding into new markets or launching new solutions
Experience collaborating across departments to drive pilot initiatives
Track record of building and converting strong client relationships from scratch
Ability to spot leverage points within a larger group structure to accelerate growth
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Sales & Marketing, or related field
