Manager, Student Recruitment

• Design and deliver enrolment-focused business development and marketing initiatives aligned with institutional targets.
• Analyse market trends to identify emerging opportunities and position the institution strategically across Asia and selected international markets.
• Source, appoint, develop, and manage recruitment agents while maintaining strong performance and compliance standards.
• Act as a key representative at student recruitment events, including education fairs, roadshows, open houses, and outreach activities.
• Advise prospective students through structured pre-course counselling and respond to enquiries across multiple channels.
• Partner with internal teams to coordinate recruitment campaigns and ensure smooth execution of enrolment strategies.
• Support senior leadership by providing operational and administrative assistance to the Director of Student Recruitment & Admissions when required.
• Undertake additional responsibilities consistent with recruitment objectives and organisational needs.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in student recruitment within a Private Education Institution is strongly preferred.
• Solid background in sales or business development, with regional exposure across Asia; international market experience is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical capabilities.
• Able to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and focused on achieving measurable outcomes within defined timelines.
