Responsibilities

Develop and execute student recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from lead generation to student enrollment.
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of recruitment staff.
Manage and evaluate education agents and recruitment partners locally and overseas.
Work closely with Marketing on campaigns, open houses, roadshows, and education fairs.
Monitor recruitment data, conversion rates, and market trends to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with EduTrust, PDPA, and institutional policies.
Prepare recruitment reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or sales, preferably in a Private Education Institution (PEI).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment or sales targets.
Experience managing recruitment teams and external agents.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of the Singapore private education landscape and EduTrust requirements.
Able to work independently, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment.
