Job description
The post holder will be responsible for the development and execution of the ERC Institute’s student recruitment strategies to meet enrolment and revenue targets for assigned undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes. You will be responsible for all areas of student recruitment, including portfolio development using market intelligence, and expanding the Institute’s reach for prospective students through developing / enhancing relationships with institutions and organizations where appropriate to develop and organize a range of outreach activities.
Core responsibilities:
o Manage, monitor and evaluate student recruitment agents effectively by ensuring that they deliver quality services to prospective students and that they do not engage in any misrepresentation and unethical practices
o Soliciting new sales leads through networking with recruitment agents and keeping them updated with any new products and services.
o Ensure that the agents provide accurate information during the student recruitment process
o Provide programme consultation and course admission advisory to agents and students
o Work closely with the management to manage agents’ performance to ensure target achievement
o Maintain close relationship and communication with students
o Compile competitor activities and feedback from agents
o Assist other sales team members when needed
o Travel occasionally
o Perform other duties assigned
QUALIFICATION AND EXEPREINCE
o At least a bachelor’s degree holder with minimum 3 years’ work experience in similar capacity in a PEI with proven student recruitment track record or any sales experience.
o Results driven and hands-on
o Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with excellent networks
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
o Superb organizational skills and attention to details
o Team player with good work attitude
