What You'll Be Doing- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new members and retain existing ones
- Leading a team of sales professionals and providing coaching and mentorship to help them reach their targets
- Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimise sales processes
- Building strong relationships with potential and current customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions to drive sales
- Ensuring the sales team meets and exceeds their monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the fitness or retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address sales challenges
- Passion for health, fitness and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
