Sales Executive - 5 Days Work Week

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will play a key role in customer engagement, sales generation, and account servicing. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, expanding our client base, and working alongside the sales team to meet monthly sales targets.

• Prepare timely and accurate quotations for customers
• Respond to sales inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Maintain and service existing client relationships
• Identify and develop new customer accounts and sales opportunities
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
• Generate monthly sales reports and keep management informed
• Assist the Head of Sales with sales planning and related tasks
• Source and procure local or outsourced materials when necessary
• Coordinate deliveries with the logistics team
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or Sales-related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a collaborative attitude

• Minimum 3- 5 years of sales experience in a similar capacity
• Experience in the steel, oil & gas, construction, or industrial supply sectors preferred
