Job Title: Admin & Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Admin & Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Tasks
  1. Provide Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  2. Manage Files and Records: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records.
  3. Coordinate Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels.
Sales Tasks
  1. Generate New Business Leads: Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
  2. Build Relationships with Clients: Build relationships with existing clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  3. Meet Sales Targets: Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Requirements

Essential Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Administrative Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  3. Sales Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience.
  4. Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Requirements
  1. Sales Training: Completion of sales training programs.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  3. Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages.
