Human Resource Executive (HR Ops. & Employee. Relations)

Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with business units in delivering daily HR operational services
- Continuously improve on service delivery and be able to handle complex issues independently
- Engage actively with various stakeholders such as business leaders, line managers and employees
- Attend and resolve employee relations matters, including conducting inquiries and liaising with line managers
- Work closely with HR leaders to ensure that all HR operational transactions are in compliance with the established policies and employment acts
- Drive and improve employee experience, streamline operational procedures and processes to achieve operational efficiency and higher productivity
- Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Participate actively in department projects and programmes
- Support in the review and implementation of HR policies, procedures and initiatives
- Support in employee engagement and recruitment activities
- Prepare and generate HR related letters and manpower reports relating to headcount, staff movement and manpower costs
- Undertake any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the Superior
- Degree in relevant discipline with at least 2 years of working experience in Human Resource
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and be adaptable in a fast paced work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Good problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
