Project Manager (Construction) - Tampines
About the role
As a Project Manager (Construction) at SEARCH STAFFING SERVICES PTE. LTD', you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects within the East Region. This full-time position will see you leading cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing project plans, schedules and budgets
- Coordinating the work of various contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution
- Identifying and mitigating project risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to key stakeholders
- Ensuring all construction work adheres to relevant building codes, safety regulations and quality standards
- Managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance records
- Collaborating with the design team to resolve any technical issues that arise
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior members of the project team
- Extensive experience (8+ years) as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering a range of construction projects, from residential to commercial
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets and schedules
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in the use of project management software and other relevant tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
