We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new Customer Data Platform (CDP). This is a 12-month contract role where you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from vendor selection to system launch.

1. Lead Project Execution: Take charge of the entire project, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure a successful CDP implementation.
2. Drive Vendor Management: Spearhead the RFP process, vendor selection, and ongoing relationship management.
3. Manage Data & Governance: Collaborate with our data teams to define requirements, ensure data quality, and implement robust data privacy policies.
4. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Motivate and guide a diverse team of marketing, IT, and data professionals.
5. Maintain Stakeholder Communication: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience, with a strong track record in leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• At least 2 years managing Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementations or similar data-driven initiatives.
• Proven experience with vendor management, including RFP processes, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Hospitality or tourism industry experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of CDP technologies, data integration (ETL), and data governance best practices.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
• Experience with marketing automation (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Excellent skills in planning, execution, risk management, and documentation.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
