Job Description
The successful candidate will join the Human Resources Division under the Total Rewards Department, supporting the development and implementation of reward strategies that enhance employee engagement while ensuring competitive and cost-effective compensation practices to attract and retain talent.
Key Responsibilities- Support the full annual salary review process, including compensation planning, system preparation, communications, data uploads, validations, and post-cycle activities.
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys, conduct market benchmarking, and provide insights to ensure salary structures and benefits remain competitive within the market.
- Conduct annual job evaluations as part of the workforce and headcount planning process to ensure alignment between job roles, business requirements, and compensation structures.
- Partner with HR stakeholders and business leaders to provide guidance and advisory support on compensation and total rewards matters aligned with organisational objectives.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related disciplines from a recognised university.
- Professional certification in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards will be advantageous.
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with regional compensation and benefits exposure.
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors is preferred.
