HR Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organisation
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding processes
- Provide HR advisory and day-to-day support to employees and management on a broad range of HR matters
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, leave management, and other HR operational activities
- Assist in planning and coordinating training and development initiatives to support workforce capability building
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding arrangements
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and prepare HR-related reports in a timely manner
- Handle timely submission of claims, training grants, levy and applications to relevant government agencies and statutory boards
- Coordinate and complete statutory surveys and compliance-related submissions
- Serve as the key point of contact for employee relations matters and oversee manpower headcount management within assigned portfolios
- Participate in HR projects and carry out additional HR-related responsibilities as assigned by Management
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in an HR Assistant Manager, HR Executive, or HR Business Partner capacity
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment legislation, HR best practices, and labour regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications
- Well-organised, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- IHRP or CIPD certification will be an added advantage
