HR Business Partner (July - October 2026)

• As a HR Business Partner, you will be working with an experienced team to support the workforce initiatives.
• Partner with divisions leaders to understand their manpower needs and provide practical HR solutions
• Recruit talents via engagement, attraction and outreach, including the coordination/support of interviews, onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Handle day-to-day employee queries and concerns
• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
• Assist with adhoc HR projects and review of HR processes when they arise

Requirements:

• Degree in any field
• Singaporean
• 1 year of relevant HR experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
• Meticulous, resourceful and highly self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• A proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities
