Administrative & Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Executive to support the Chief Executive Officer and oversee the administrative and operational aspects of our business. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our retail store and online operations, while maintaining strict confidentiality and demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate accounting, financial, and operational aspects of the company
• Act as Personal Assistant to the CEO, managing schedules, emails, and communications
• Oversee administrative tasks, including inventory management and stock control
• Support online operations, including social media management and e-commerce platform maintenance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience in administration or operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
• Experience in retail or fashion industry a plus
• Must be able to commit full-time to our company; no part-time, adjunct, casual, or external business engagements allowed
