Role & Responsibilities:

• Execute procurement strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and supplier reliability.
• Manage sourcing activities, RFQs, contract negotiation, and purchase order execution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand material and service requirements and ensure timely and accurate procurement.
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and cost developments to identify savings or alternative sources.

• Evaluate, onboard, and manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with quality standards, delivery timelines, and commercial terms.
• Conduct regular supplier reviews, track performance metrics (KPIs), and work with suppliers on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build a reliable supplier base to ensure supply continuity and minimize risk.

• Ensure procurement practices comply with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
• Support supplier risk assessments and contribute to mitigation plans for critical supply chain risks.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of contracts, supplier certifications, and audit records.

• Support cost-reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing, value analysis, and demand aggregation.
• Identify opportunities for process automation or digital procurement tools to improve efficiency and transparency.
• Work closely with Finance and Operations to monitor budgets, forecast spending, and support working capital optimization.

• Collaborate with supply chain, production, R&D, and quality teams to ensure alignment of procurement with operational needs.
• Participate in cross-functional projects such as new product launches, vendor transitions, and inventory optimization.

• Maintain accurate procurement records, price files, and vendor databases.
• Prepare procurement reports and analysis for management review (e.g., cost trends, savings tracking, lead times, and fulfillment rates).
• Support periodic reviews and audits with clear documentation and data accuracy.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain—preferably within the FMCG, food, or manufacturing sector.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost analysis skills.
• Familiarity with sourcing from both local and international markets.
• Working knowledge of procurement systems, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), and Excel-based analysis.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in procurement compliance, contract management, and audit readiness is a plus.
