Having working experience with CPG/FMCG/Chemical manufacturing industry•Exposure to Procurement Process & cycle for both Pre-Ordering & Post Ordering activities

Involved in finalization of Vendors, Contractors of all the disciplines.
Exploring new suppliers, Technical Bid Tabulation, Commercial Bid evaluation, Tabulation & Recommendation,
Evaluation of new and existing suppliers and subcontractors and negotiates with them.
Monitor market trends and price fluctuations in construction and utility materials.
Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports for senior management.
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
Monitor project cost closely and inform the Project Manager/ADM about areas of concern.
Candidates from Engineering consultancy & EPC projects background will be preferred.
Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
Tracking of PO’s, Co-ordinate/issue PO’s, track material and services
Receive and log incoming materials.
Initiate order supplements.
Should have overall project experience of start to end project cycle
Hands on Experience in Change Management, Contracts, Rate analysis, Delay Analysis.
Hand on Experience on E Portals like SAP, Ariba, Coupa & E Auction tools.
