Operations Admin Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day operations administrative tasks including delivery orders and related documentation.
  • Maintain and update inventory records; prepare stock movement.
  • Coordinate with sales, customer service, warehouse, transport to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing pallet shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Prepare compliance and audit documentation as required.
  • Provide general office administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level; Diploma or NITEC in Business, Logistics, or related field is an advantage.
  • At least 1–2 years’ experience in administrative, warehouse, or logistics support preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
  • Good communication skills and a team player with a proactive attitude.
