As a Warehouse Team Lead / Supervisor at Bossard, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff
Ensure accurate and timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits
Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols
Train and develop warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance
Monitor and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or similar field is advantageous
At least two (2) years prior experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
Candidate with Forklift license is advantageous
Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices
Good leadership and organizational skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
