Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Consultant (ID: 698104)

Join our dynamic team as a Dynamics 365 Business Central Technical Consultant, where you will take charge of solution design and implementation in a variety of operational areas. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with stakeholders while enhancing business processes and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure Business Central modules (e.g., Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs, Fixed Assets) according to business needs.
• Document business processes, data flows, mapping tables, and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate extensions, integrations, and customizations.
• Conduct user training, create documentation, and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices, standard functionalities, and optimizing business processes.
• Participate in project planning, timeline estimation, and progress reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant educational qualification.
• Hands-on experience with the implementation or support of Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Solid understanding of finance, supply chain, or project accounting processes.
• Ability to convert business requirements into structured functional documentation.
• Experience with integrations and APIs, or related systems (e.g., Power Platform, ServiceNow, CRM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
