Technical Consultant (ICAO, Security Document, up to $7K)

We’re Hiring: Technical Consultant (ICAO, Product and Project Management)

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse customer requirements, and translate them for internal teams (R&D, etc.)
• Manage full project lifecycle from testing to trial production and mass production
• Handle customer issues, coordinate with internal teams, and provide solutions
• Support sales with technical inputs, proposals, tenders, and product presentations
• Work with product team to recommend suitable solutions and share market insights
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on ongoing and new projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years National ID, driver’s license, Seafarer ID card, ePassport project management experiences specifically compliance to ICAO/MRTD standard, including project plan creation, data enrolment and security document personalization system implementation
• Knowledge of Key Management Systems and UAT processes
• Strong understanding of ICAO specifications
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience working in global and multicultural environments
