Reception and Administrative Assistant
About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reception and Administrative Assistant to join our team in Jurong East. As a full-time team member, you will provide reception and administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operations of our office.
What you'll be doing- Welcoming and assisting visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling incoming calls, taking accurate messages, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
- Maintaining a professional and organized reception area, ensuring it remains welcoming for visitors and clients
- Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
- Receiving and distributing incoming mail and courier deliveries
- Performing other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
- At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong sense of responsibility with excellent punctuality and attendance record
- Able to start work on time to ensure reception operations begin promptly each day
- Reliable and committed to maintaining consistent office presence
