We’re looking for a proactive and organized Part-Time Admin Assistant to support our team. The primary responsibility of this role is calling and liaising with clients, so excellent communication skills and a confident phone presence are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Call clients to follow up, schedule, and coordinate appointments
- Maintain and update client records
- Provide general administrative support to the team
-Assist with ad-hoc office tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking to clients over the phone
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, email, etc.)
- Prior admin or customer service experience is a bonus
