We’re looking for a proactive and organized Part-Time Admin Assistant to support our team. The primary responsibility of this role is calling and liaising with clients, so excellent communication skills and a confident phone presence are a must.

Responsibilities:

  • Call clients to follow up, schedule, and coordinate appointments
  • Maintain and update client records
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

-Assist with ad-hoc office tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking to clients over the phone
-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Basic computer literacy (Excel, email, etc.)
  • Prior admin or customer service experience is a bonus
