Part Time Admin Executive ( 2 to 3 days per week).

Job Scope:

  1. Customer Service Support
  2. Assist in Corporate Secretarial Work
  3. Assist in KYC Due Diligence checks and reports
  4. Administrative tasks including Mails Handling
  5. Attend to walk-in clients and general enquiries
  6. Other ad-hoc task as required
  7. Training is provided
  8. Working hours: Mon - Thurs (any 2 to 3 days), 9.30-5.30pm
  9. Location: Paya Lebar (5 mins walk from MRT)

Requirement:

  1. Must be independant and mature
  2. Hardworking and Meticulous in work
  3. Willing to learn new skills
  4. Experienced in administrative/coordination work preferred
  5. MS Office and basic IT knowledge
  6. Salary: $100 per day
  • Company has no quota for foreign work pass
