Part Time Admin Executive ( 2 to 3 days per week).
Job Scope:
- Customer Service Support
- Assist in Corporate Secretarial Work
- Assist in KYC Due Diligence checks and reports
- Administrative tasks including Mails Handling
- Attend to walk-in clients and general enquiries
- Other ad-hoc task as required
- Training is provided
- Working hours: Mon - Thurs (any 2 to 3 days), 9.30-5.30pm
- Location: Paya Lebar (5 mins walk from MRT)
Requirement:
- Must be independant and mature
- Hardworking and Meticulous in work
- Willing to learn new skills
- Experienced in administrative/coordination work preferred
- MS Office and basic IT knowledge
- Salary: $100 per day
- Company has no quota for foreign work pass
