HR Analyst - HRIS (Central/up to $2800)

Working Hours: Mon to Thur: 8.30am to 6pm, Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Location: Novena

Job Scope:

• Data migration support
• Historical data cleansing and reformatting
• Help with the preparation of templates for uploading to IRIS SF (HR system)
• IRIS SF employees’ account
• Execute report to identify list of accounts expiring in 90days
• Sending of email reminders (via mail merge) to employees with expiring account
• UAT support - Assist in the testing of defects, new processes, newly release SF features ES

• Preparation of list of officers for gift wallet crediting
• Invoices - Verification of invoices for health screening/pre-employment medical screening/Flu & vaccinations and get-well hampers/wreaths

• Managing of FWA records - Updating records of staff requesting for flexi work arrangement such as staggering hours/work schedule/part-time work pattern

• Assist in the checking of leave records and leave planning/advisory for staff going on stretched leave (eg. maternity leave, followed by childcare leave, unpaid infant care etc.)

• Mommies Haven Access
• Managing of access and liaising with PYD for granting of access
• Assist in the mini project with PYD to have request submitted via FormSG to facilitate granting of access to the facility

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and database management, enabling efficient data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Python is an added advantage
