Our client, a well-established and trusted provider of adult learning and professional development programs (SSG-accredited), is expanding its footprint in Singapore and the region. They are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive B2B growth across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and follow up on new B2B sales leads across various industries for corporate training and consultancy offerings.
- Lead end-to-end account management, including business planning, research, proposals, and cross-functional coordination.
- Cultivate and grow client relationships to maximize long-term revenue opportunities.
- Manage the execution of consultancy and training projects to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Ensure quality standards are met by coordinating with internal teams and taking proactive steps when needed.
- A Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, HR, or related fields.
- Proven B2B sales experience across different industries (e.g., manufacturing, logistics, finance, healthcare, tech, etc.).
- Background in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Quality Management is advantageous.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills — digitally and in-person.
- A self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven, agile, and team-oriented environment.
