As they expand their presence, they are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to open new doors and grow strategic accounts across various sectors.

Your Role:

• Actively prospect and secure new B2B accounts across key industries (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, finance, tech, etc.)
• Promote corporate training and consultancy solutions that address client needs in talent development and organisational performance
• Own the entire sales cycle: from lead generation, proposal development, client presentations, to deal closure
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high engagement and long-term value
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful program delivery and client satisfaction
• Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies

We’re Looking For:

• Hunter profile – You thrive on chasing and closing new business
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field
• Proven B2B sales experience within a corporate training, adult learning, or professional development institution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtual and face-to-face
• Independent, driven, and results-oriented, with a team-player mindset
