Customer Service Officer (Call Centre environment)
Location: Changi / Jurong (Must be open to both for first 3 months)Contract: 12 Months (convertible / renewable)
3 months training (Office hours) before starting
Salary: Up to $3,500 + allowanceWorking days: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend
Working hours:
- 8AM to 8PM (8 hours working hours), example 8AM to 5PM or 9AM to 6PM or 10AM to 7PM or 11AM to 8PM. ($400 shift allowance)
Job Description:
- Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
- Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
- Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Solicit customers feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.
Requirements:
- Call Centre experience is an advantage
- Great interpersonal & positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Office
- Higher Nitec and above
