Customer Service Officer (Call Centre Environment)
Location: Changi / Jurong East (Need to be open to both locations for 3 months training period)Contract: 12 Months (renewable / convertible) - 3 months training
Working Days: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend
Working Hours:
Any 8 hours between 8am-8pm
eg. 8am-5pm/ 9am-6pm/ 10am-7pm/ 11am-8pm
Salary: Up to $3,500 + Shift Allowance
Job Description:
- Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
- Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
- Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Solicit customers feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.
Requirements:
- Call Centre experience is an advantage
- Great interpersonal & positive attitude
- Customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Office
