About the Role

We are seeking experienced Clinic Assistants with strong expertise in handling insurance claims for variety of healthcare services, including surgery and outpatient specialist cases.

This is a remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from home while supporting multiple clinics in streamlining their insurance claim processes.

• Accurately prepare, process, and submit insurance claims (surgery and outpatient specialist) to relevant insurers.
• Review medical reports, invoices, and supporting documents to ensure claims are compliant with insurer requirements.
• Liaise with clinics, patients, and insurance companies to follow up on claim status and resolve any discrepancies.
• Provide guidance to clinics on claim procedures and best practices to ensure smooth processing.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims handled.

• At least 2–3 years of experience as a clinic assistant or in a similar role with direct involvement in insurance claim processing.
• Strong knowledge of surgery and/or outpatient insurance claims procedures in Singapore.
• Familiarity with common insurers’ platforms and requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable with remote work tools and maintaining professionalism in a virtual setting.
