Are you an experienced Motor Claims Officer seeking flexibility in your next role? Whether you’re retired, semi-retired, or simply looking for a part-time schedule, Team AutoPro welcomes you.

We’re looking for someone with solid knowledge of motor insurance claim processes to join our growing team, either on a full-time basis or 2–3 days per week.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and manage motor insurance claims from start to finish
• Issue Letters of Demand (LODs) to third-party insurers
• Liaise and negotiate with insurers, assessors, and related parties
• Review claim documents and ensure accurate and timely submission
• Assist in resolving claim disputes and advising on complex cases
• Maintain proper documentation and follow up on outstanding matters

• Requirements:
• Prior experience in motor insurance claims handling is mandatory
• Well-versed in motor claim procedures, LODs, and insurer negotiations
• Retired/semi-retired professionals welcome
• Able to work full-time or part-time (2–3 days/week)
• Meticulous, responsible, and confident in managing claims independently
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
