Job overview:
- Managing Invoices and sending out payment reminders
- Able to handle parents enquiries to invoice related matters
- Managing application forms for vendors and suppliers
- Processing payments
- Managing basic HR duties such as Time sheet and Leave applications
- Monitoring of company’s cash flow
- Monthly debt collection
- Providing monthly performance/variance analysis
- Liaising with estate management for company properties
- Monitoring insurance and motor vehicle road tax renewals
- Maintain accounting documents and records to ensure they are properly filed and documented
