Responsibilities:
- Provide IT & helpdesk support for hardware & software, computer installation & setup, Email setup & support for computer or mobile device, basic printer setup & support (MS Office, mobile devices, etc.).
- Troubleshooting and problem solving for both IT Hardware and Applications in a timely manner. Escalate issues and involve experts whenever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
- Maintain IT asset and software licensing inventory and IT knowledge base.
- Manage network infrastructure, ensuring smooth connectivity and security across locations
- Assist in IT internal project(s) / maintenance.
- Complete related administrative paperwork and reports as necessary.
- Support business applications, overseeing email and internal systems to maximize efficiency
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirement:
- Diploma in IT or related discipline. Preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent
- 3- 5 years relevant experience in IT and helpdesk field
- Good experience with hands-on user support, familiar with general desktop software e.g. MS Office, Windows, Networking
- Experience with Microsoft 365 products support such as Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint
- Organize and independently priorities work and logically develop work plans
- Self-motivation and team player with good attention to details
- Good communication skills
