?️ Job Responsibilities
As an Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the deployment of critical infrastructure across various sites. Your responsibilities include:
- Deployment Preparation
- Ensure correct equipment and accessories are packed into delivery boxes (up to 20kg) before deployment.
- On-Site Implementation Oversight
- Verify contractors implement:
- Required network equipment for each site
- Proper patching and labeling of network cables and power cords
- Equipment User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- System Testing
- Perform verification tests using a testing laptop to ensure application services are functioning end-to-end.
- Technical Coordination
- Collaborate with backend infrastructure engineers to troubleshoot deployment issues.
- Ad-Hoc Duties
- Support other operational tasks as assigned.
- Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computer networks and system concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Physically able to handle equipment up to 20kg
