Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. This role requires a strong ability to manage sales processes end-to-end — from proposal development to project handover — while ensuring high client satisfaction.
Key KPI: The Sales Executive is responsible for closing sales and achieving revenue targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop proposals, quotations, and budgets
- Handle submission of proposals (including government portals such as GeBIZ, TenderBoard, etc.)
- Follow up actively on sales enquiries and leads
- Drive sales conversion and secure projects
- Manage project handover to the Operations team upon confirmation
- Ensure programmes meet client expectations through coordination with Operations
- Handle post-project matters (e.g. invoicing, payments to suppliers)
- Manage all administrative matters related to projects
- Support Operations team in planning and coordination when required
- Assist with any operational matters as needed
- Diploma or Degree in any field (events or outdoor-related certifications are an advantage)
- Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, resilient, and results-driven
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Team player with strong sense of ownership
- Class 3/3A driving license is an added advantage
- 5.5-day work week
- Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Off-in-lieu will be provided for work on Sundays or Public Holidays

- Sales Commission (after probation):$100 commission for every $10,000 and above in sales closedApplicable to direct sales and projects secured via government portals (e.g. GeBIZ, TenderBoard, etc.)
